Thuraya Tech is committed to protecting your personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

1. Data we collect

We collect data you voluntarily provide via contact forms (name, email, company, role, message), plus basic analytical data about site usage (browser type, pages visited, country-level location).

2. Data classification

We classify data per the NDMO framework: Public, Internal, Restricted, and Confidential. Contact data you share with us is treated as "Internal" at minimum.

3. Lawful basis for processing

We process your data based on your explicit consent when submitting a form, or on a legitimate interest in responding to your business inquiries.

4. Retention

We retain contact data for 24 months from the last interaction, unless you request earlier deletion.

5. Your rights under PDPL (Article 20)

You have the right to: (a) access your data, (b) correct or update it, (c) request its deletion, (d) restrict processing, (e) object to processing, (f) withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@thuraya.tech.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with vetted service providers (e.g. OCI Jeddah for hosting) under strict data-processing agreements. All data remains within the borders of the Kingdom.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to operate the site. We do not use marketing tracking cookies. We will request your explicit consent before enabling any additional analytics cookies.

8. Data Protection Officer (DPO)

For any inquiry about how we process your data, contact our DPO at dpo@thuraya.tech. We commit to responding within 30 days as required by PDPL.

9. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The last updated date appears at the top of this page; we will notify registered users of material changes.
