1. Definitions
"Thuraya Tech", "we", or "us" refers to Thuraya Tech, a Saudi company. "User" or "you" refers to anyone accessing the site or our services. "Services" includes the Qayd and Trace products and any future product.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. Prohibited: unauthorised access attempts, service disruption, impersonation, or publishing harmful content or content contrary to Saudi regulations.
3. Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, logos, designs, code) is owned by or licensed to Thuraya Tech. You may not copy or redistribute it without prior written permission.
4. Accounts and subscriptions
Some services require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
5. Limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is". We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our maximum liability is limited to the amounts actually paid for the disputed service in the prior 12 months.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the services at any time.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts in Riyadh.
